Our customers have the option to choose either shipping carrier at checkout. Please note that orders shipping to PO Boxes are recommended to use the US Postal Service. The shipping method for orders that qualify for free ground shipping will be determined by Rock City Safety. Most orders SHIP within 2-5 business days. We are unable to ship International orders at this time. Products cannot be shipped outside the continental US at this time. Expedited shipping (2nd Day, Overnight, etc.) is offered through both shipping carriers. BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING, PLEASE CONTACT US TO CHECK STOCK. If the item(s) ordered are not currently in stock at Rock City Safety, expedited shipping will not be available. If this circumstance arises, Rock City Safety will contact the customer (via e-mail) in a timely manner to give the option to wait for the products to arrive. Taxes Rock City Safety does not charge sales tax to orders from any state except Arkansas. Orders from the state of Arkansas are subject to a 9.25% sales tax. If you need to process a return, we offer a 100% money back guarantee (within 15 days) with the following necessary exceptions: All returns, other than shipping damaged goods or incorrect shipments, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. Item must be returned 15 days from receipt of merchandise in its original packaging and original unused and resalable condition. All items requiring manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement must be handled directly through the individual manufacturer and should not be returned to Rock City Safety.
